Many of the meals we serve here can be modified to be Gluten-Wise. Any omelet, Hungryman, egg feature… can be created GF. Our homefries and French fries are also GF. Many of our meats are GF, and we have a dedicated GF deep fryer. We bake our own in-house GF bread with carefully sourced flours, and we use specific vessels and ovens to create and bake our breads and buns. Preparation of your meal is done with much care and attention. However, please be aware that this is a facility that also serves wheat products. We ask that you please inform your server if you have an allergy, so that we may proceed accordingly.

Most of our lunches can be prepared GF. Often our soups are GF, and stews thickened with GF starches. We maintain a GF deep fryer, allowing us to offer GF french-fries, and many other options.
